Deugen, Iron Ore complete 25,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building in historic Maplewood

Deugen Development, in partnership with Iron Ore Properties, completed the construction of a 25,000-square-foot Class A mixed-use building in the historic downtown section of Maplewood, according to a Wednesday announcement from the developers.
